What is a muck savage?

They are the ordinary, common working heroes upon whose shoulders the world continues to stand, proficient in the myriad of skills and trades the world of progress deems outdated and below, the essential and connected life of physical work. The source of all true culture comes through the hearts and hands of the working ‘poor’. 

Perhaps originally a word to describe the unsophisticated working  people, outside the periphery of progress, doing the essential, often unglamourous, physical work that keeps the world going. It is these people, regardless of geography, that through necessity also create their own ‘entertainment’ and are the sole conduits of cultural expression.
